We want you to be fully stoked on your STRAYE gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in the original box.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
